Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders $100 and over. For orders under $100 the shipping will be a flat rate of $9.99. Under normal conditions an order will be shipped between 24 and 48 hours of the time it was received.  If there are delays beyond this you will be contacted.

Refund/Return

Unless damaged we do not offer a refund on glass items.  In the unlikely event there is damage it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  At that time we will replace the damaged item if possible within 48 hours upon receipt of the returned item.  If the item cannot be replaced we will offer a store credit for the amount of the purchase.

Any item may be returned if defective.or if it's not what was ordered.  In this situation we will pay for the return shipping of the item and replace it within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
